Distribution Associate

Collette is seeking a Distribution Associate to join our Production and Distribution team. This full-time role is based at our Headquarters in Pawtucket, RI. Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekend and holiday coverage to meet business need.

Position Summary:

The Distribution Associate is responsible for executing the daily requirements of the Distribution area in a timely manner. The Distribution Associate ships all materials as outlined considering the requested arrival date as well as cost of shipping to determine method of shipping.

Job Functions:

  • Bundle and process all outgoing packages from the Production area in a timely manner and determine best method of shipping considering cost and time to destination.
  • Maintain shipping supply inventory, including boxes, bags, labels, etc. and place necessary supply orders
  • Fulfillment of supplies for Tour Managers
  • Assist others with processing of outgoing packages, including print room, as needed. Receive and process deliveries within company security and safety guidelines.
  • Address/Resolve shipment tracking inquiries with service providers
  • Ensure all packages have been picked up by service providers at day’s end
  • Performs other functions as assigned.
