Distribution Coordinator

CommScope is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join their ANS Business Segment team. We need creative problem solvers with a take-ownership demeanor. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining a balance and flow across the business segment. The selected candidate will be able to work closely with key business partners and gain valuable exposure to the organization.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World
You will oversee logistics flow and sales orders, ensuring accurate information for customer communication, supporting critical issues, and finding opportunities for improvement. Working closely with various teams this role handles inventory and shipment, supporting product transitions, and resolving any holds affecting order completion. You'll also collaborate with leadership to create new programs and processes that improve revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. This position’s expected salary range is $69,700 - $75,000.

The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
