Having a genuine connection with your work is crucial as a Technical Sales professional with CommScope Intelligent Cellular Networks (ICN); you will drive the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to combine your technical expertise with sales skills to promote, lead, and grow the ICN business within a set of named accounts.
We will look to you to develop and maintain ongoing account relationships with end customers, installation (contractor) partners, and distribution partners. Our distributed antenna systems (DAS) tackle the need for robust, scalable, multi-operator mobile communications in enterprises and large venues. CommScope’s ERA all-digital C-RAN DAS improves LTE and 5G performance and flexibility while reducing space and power requirements.
Here, you will implement the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and resources for solution development, and negotiating through the close. This position will provide technical guidance, support, and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate solutions for their specific needs and collaborating closely with engineering teams to address complex customer requirements and develop customized solutions. Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, abilities, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $112,100 to $168,800
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Sales Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
