C.H. Robinson is seeking a Distribution Manager to join our Warehousing and Distribution Team, supporting our Managed Procurement Services (MPS) Supply Chain Management Team. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing successful strategies to meet the distribution service needs of our valued C.H. Robinson customer. Through effective consultation with distribution and account partners, you will provide strategic input to the solution design process and ensure the execution of our overall strategy. By leveraging analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will identify business trends and make informed decisions regarding distribution alignment to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers. You will also play a vital role in communicating these decisions to customers, internal stakeholders, and distribution partners.

While we prefer candidates near our offices in Minnesota, Arizona, Philadelphia, or Florida, we also offer the option to work remotely. Responsibilities:

• Independently develop new distribution partnerships based on evolving customer needs
• Utilize analytics to manage and optimize partnership performance
• Integrate industry metrics into our internal reporting and analytical tools
• Demonstrate expertise in distribution, including industry best practices
• Consult with distribution partners to enhance customer performance
• Act as a consultant, balancing customer needs with distribution partner capabilities
• Collaborate closely with customers and business partners for seamless supply chain alignment
• Participate as a distribution subject matter expert in the customer quarterly business review process
• Foster new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to enhance our distribution network

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
