We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Mobile Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our organization's mobile capabilities and ensuring a seamless user experience
What You Get To Do In This Role
• Mobile App Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop native and web-based mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow mobile apps to align with business requirements and enhance user productivity.
• Integration: Integrate mobile apps with ServiceNow modules and external systems as needed to support business processes.
• Scripting and Development: Write, test, and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) to implement app functionality and business logic.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations for mobile app development.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow mobile apps to deliver a responsive and efficient user experience.
• User Support: Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow mobile apps, collaborating with Service Desk teams for issue resolution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for mobile app configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow mobile app development trends and incorporate relevant technologies into our solutions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
• Proven experience in mobile app development, with a focus on ServiceNow mobile app development.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant mobile app development technologies (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, mobile app architecture, and development best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• A passion for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development and the ServiceNow platform.
