What’s the opportunity?
As an Internal Communications & Culture Specialist, you will be crucial in designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end internal communication strategies, culture, and engagement initiatives across various regions.
Reporting to the department's Lead, you will act as a strategic and operational partner, providing support to teams both within and beyond the People division, showcasing your skills in handling complex communication needs and culture promotion strategies for several audiences. You’ll work with a dynamic, global team and have the chance to build initiatives that strengthen engagement and bring our values to life.
What will I be doing?- Design, implement, and optimize medium complexity internal communication, culture, and engagement initiatives across regions and departments.
- Collaborate with the People team on driving our employer branding strategy across various platforms to support cultural consistency.
- Support high-complexity communication efforts by working closely with the department's Lead and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze department KPIs, providing quarterly reports to guide decision-making.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and team members on effective communication and culture promotion.
- Optimize and leverage digital communication tools to engage a global audience effectively.
- Apply strong storytelling, editing, and facilitation skills to connect with diverse audiences and navigate high-visibility settings.
- Lead or co-lead the organization of team-wide or company-wide events requiring agile management decisions.
- Proactively identify and optimize cross-functional workflows to address emerging communication and engagement needs.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and other departments, facilitating collaboration on communication and culture initiatives.
- Demonstrate a global mindset, ensuring communication strategies are culturally inclusive and effective across regions.
- Conduct periodic analyses of communication strategies and leverage feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify creative solutions for overcoming communication barriers and adapting to unexpected changes.
What skills do I need?- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications, People Management, or similar.
- Proven experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or culture promotion within a global, multicultural company.
- Excellent writing, editing, and public speaking skills in English with a talent for storytelling and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
- Proven knowledge of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, HubSpot).
- Proactive mindset and demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical skills to interpret feedback and adapt strategies as needed.
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do, and continuous learning attitude.
- Desired: graphic design skills for enhancing visual communication campaigns.
