Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in MFG Supply Chain or Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, converting these into Jira stories, and creating process maps to support the development and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with corporate leaders and business stakeholders to understand the gap between the product and its process.
  • Solve business problems using the organizational context and transition the organization through change by implementing solutions.
  • Identify and define solutions that maximize the value delivered by the organization to its stakeholders.
  • Work across all levels of the organization, involving everything from defining strategy to creating enterprise architecture, and take a leadership role by defining goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in technology and processes.
  • Improve the value of business analysis through the realization of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities, and modeling the organization.
  • Interact with business owners/stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into detailed technical requirements for the technology team.
  • Coordinate with the technology team to ensure understanding of requirements and validate the developed solutions before UAT.
  • Facilitate UAT by coordinating with both customer and technology teams.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on MFG Supply Chain or Finance.
  • Extensive experience in gathering requirements, documenting them in applicable templates, and converting them into Jira stories.
  • Experience in creating process maps and familiar with EBS Supply Chain modules.
  • Proven track record of working on EBS projects is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate structure.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
