Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze and interpret data, and create reports and dashboards to present findings to the management team.
- Identify potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between the technology and healthcare teams to optimize system functionalities and workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementation and integration of new systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of various reports and dashboards to track performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, goals, and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and reporting.
- Experience with statistical tools and techniques such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus.
