About This Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Content Consultant to partner with our presales and CX teams to advise Docebo’s prospects and customers on their learning content strategy!
In this role, you will be responsible for co-conducting discovery calls to understand the client’s maturity level, the format and type of off-the-shelf content they are looking for, and their goals as an organisation. Based on this gathered data, you’ll help them plan their content strategy, discuss best practices, and to demonstrate Docebo's content hub. You will become Docebo’s resident expert on learning content and the industry that surrounds it.
As a Content Consultant, you will report to the Director of Solutions Consulting. You will jump between partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in pre sales to helping our Account Managers and current customers achieve their learning and development goals.
If this role requires access to FedRAMP systems (which would be stated above), the following requirements apply:
-Experience within Technology Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security
-Experience with compliance frameworks and federal security standards like FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, SOC2, ISO 27001, RMF
-Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 concerning cloud technologies, architectures, and services
-Experience performing FedRAMP assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) of cloud service offerings
