Director, SEO

We’re looking for a highly skilled Director of SEO to join our team and scale our organic growth. 

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimiSation strategies to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversion. You and the team you lead will be accountable for pipeline and revenue contribution. You will collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams such as content, web development, product marketing, and others.

• Lead Docebo’s global SEO strategy and be responsible for its contribution to revenue and pipeline. 
• Lead, nurture, and empower the team through effective coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence. 
• Act as a key stakeholder for web development, support roadmap development.
• Analyze and report on SEO performance and impact on pipeline and revenue objectives. 
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify strategic opportunities and inform content optimization efforts across multiple languages and regions. 
• Analyze and proactively address technical SEO challenges, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
• You will manage, drive and execute link building campaigns to drive up rankings for target keywords.
• Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and knowledge hub within Docebo, proactively share best practices, innovative approaches (including AI), and actionable recommendations to drive SEO excellence across the business.

• 8+ years of experience and applied knowledge in all areas of SEO, including technical SEO, on- and off-page strategies, content marketing, and more
• 5+ years of experience owning revenue-driven objectives & KPIs while leading teams (SQOs, SQO $, efficiency metrics, etc) 
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional SEO performance for large, multilingual, complex websites and experience working with enterprise journey mapping 
• Industry experience in: B2B, SaaS, or relevant niches
• Experience leading technical aspects websites a bonus
