Docebo is seeking an experienced demand generation leader to be the lifeblood of our growth engine. You will have an obsession with marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. As such, you will own our global demand generation strategy across the full customer lifecycle, including both acquisition and customer expansion. Optimization, experimentation, and execution are the pillars of this role. You will focus intensely on scaling existing programs that have the highest potential for untapped opportunities while incrementally challenging ideas and testing new channels, ultimately refining a growth cadence that fuels our global revenue engine. Big Questions to Answer Before Applying:Can you drive all elements of customer acquisition, from awareness to consideration to closed deals? Can you deliver on expansion efforts to grow revenue from existing customers through integrated campaigning with sales development and account management? Can you build and manage a cross-functional team of digital marketers, including SEOs, performance marketers, email specialists, ABM specialists, and more? Can you accurately forecast and deliver on lead targets to feed a growing sales team? Can you create alignment and feedback loops with sales development, operations, product marketing, events, content teams, and more? Have you driven demand in both North America and EMEA? Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to drive the highest amount of pipeline for our sellers at the most efficient cost.Responsibilities:Execute inbound marketing strategies with maniacal focus on business metrics. Forget about clicks and impressions. Pipeline and revenue are your north stars, not MQLs. Decrease cost per opportunity by optimizing for efficiency across all channels. You should know how organic channels compliment paid media strategies. Understanding the ideal marketing mix will be crucial for this role. Lead our growth marketing and integrated campaigning strategies for both new business and customer expansion. Includes all areas of account-based marketing (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) and coordination with events, content, product marketing, and customer success to drive results. Your mission is to help sales get in front of the right people at the right accounts at the right time to create and accelerate pipeline. Collaborate with our Product team to go to market with new products and generate demand for those launches. You will be the go-to resource when we want to create excitement and pipeline for new products. Play an active role in our development of product-led growth tactics. You will be involved in the evolution of our trial experiences and optimizing the customer journey by improving conversion paths and generating PQLs for sales development. Work alongside our partnerships team to lead efforts related to partner recruitment in the OEM space. Includes account-based marketing of OEM opportunities, coordination of required content, and running integrated campaigns. Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, cost of acquisition, payback period and other SaaS metrics. Create alignment and feedback loops with sales development, product marketing, enablement, marketing operations, events, content teams, IT, and more. Clearly prioritize initiatives and roadmaps with all of these groups to ensure timely execution. Manage demand generation teams in both North America and EMEA. Ensure both teams have the resources and strategies required to support Requirements:10years of proven experience in demand generation for B2B SaaS. Experience in marketing for a recurring revenue SaaS business with multiple products is required. You are a builder and operator. You have worked at companies of similar size and maturity as Docebo and have grown them to the next stage of maturity. You have the uncanny ability to balance speed of execution vs. quality control. SaaS and marketing certifications through Reforge, Pavilion / Revenue Collective, CXL, Google, HubSpot and others are preferred.Salary Range:$200K -- $250KMinimum QualificationDigital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
