About This Opportunity:


The VP of Product Management - Impact & Analytics will be responsible for the strategic management and development of a product portfolio that supports the collection and analysis of learning data.

The primary focus will be on Docebo Learn Data and Docebo Learning Impact, two key solutions that allow clients to gain strategic insights through clean data and benchmarked analysis.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the SaaS industry, with deep experience in data analytics and a customer-first approach. This leader will drive product development that is aligned with market needs and corporate strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between product development, strategic communications, and sales.


This role includes a balance of strategic collaboration with the company management team members, project, personnel and budget management as well as hands-on day-to-day implementation.


Reports to: Senior Vice President of Product Management

Location: Remote in Italy,/France/UK, or Hybrid Milan/Paris/London


Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and evolution of the Docebo Learn Data and Docebo Learning Impact solutions, ensuring the products remain competitive and innovative in the market.
  • Work with the Product Management team to create a clear vision for the Impact & Analytics suite, identifying new use cases, anticipating market trends, and ensuring scalability.
  • Define both short- and long-term roadmaps that address customer needs and technological advancements.
  • Develop new products to add to the portfolio by identifying growth opportunities in data analysis and survey-based comparative insights.

Data Integration & Analytics:
  • Support clients in integrating learning data into their business systems, enabling the use of Docebo Learn Data to analyze the impact of training activities on corporate KPIs.
  • Provide clients with tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of their learning strategies through data-driven insights, including completion rates, employee turnover, sales performance, and NPS scores.
  • Facilitate the integration of learning data with existing Business Intelligence (BI) tools by providing clean, ready-to-analyze data for deeper insights.

Comparative Insights & Surveys:
  • Manage and enhance Docebo Learning Impact, a database containing millions of surveys used to generate comparative insights between internal performance and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their learning strategies using survey-based analysis tools that reveal trends and anomalies in trainer, content, and program performance.

Product management and Product Marketing relationships:
  • Lead solution product strategy in alignment with business goals, desired customer experience, marketing feedback and overall market opportunity to ensure industry leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Product Line Managers of the other Product Lines (PLMs) and the Product Marketing department to determine requirements and provide guidance  to stakeholders and product managers on  use cases, and to build product roadmaps to cover and anticipate insights and market gaps.
  • Define and improve process between Customer Experience (CX) teams and Product to collect and respond to customer feedback
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, and data and analysis related to product adoptions and gaps.
  • Ensure a qualitative presentation and systematic updates of plans and product roadmaps

Participates in the construction of price and service for each product line/ levels together with the Revenue and Customer experience leadership team

  • Retail and Franchisee training
  • Quick Service Restaurant training
  • Continuing Education Management

Favor cross-functional relationships that contribute to making the Product Management team a partner for other departments and a sponsor of corporate strategies
  • Collaborate with product engineering leaders and management team to develop products that balance between roadmap, technical debt, and maintenance.
  • Define and document processes to improve efficiency, quality standards and profit margins while optimizing product strategy and time to market.
  • Represent, advocate for and manage organization and product development goals through relationships with industry service providers, associations, and other resources.
  • Align and implement products created through strategic relationships / partnerships with over-arching company product strategic direction


Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years in Product Management roles in the SaaS industry, with strong expertise in data analytics platforms and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of data integration technologies and Business Intelligence (BI) tools; experience with survey management and analysis tools.
  • Communication and influence skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical architecture and competitive technology.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience building Enterprise products with a demonstrated ability to drive ideation, product planning, development, and launch.
  • Excellent command of the English language and the ability to present your ideas to other key stakeholders both verbally and in writing
