Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier relationship management and problem resolution
- Input supplier invoices (VAT control, correct accounting and analytical entries)
- Prepare payments and manage bank rejections
- Analyze and maintain accounting and supplier accounts (reconciliation and matching)
- Report master data issues to the Procurement team
- Support suppliers and Doctolibers with billing and payment follow-ups
- Meet activity processing deadlines and monitor performance indicators (KPI)
- Respond to inquiries from suppliers and Doctolibers on supplier accounting topics
Education
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree
