Hamilton College seeks a Document & End User Training Specialist to join our team for an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in leading the college through a multi-year effort to replace Hamilton’s Human Resources, Finance and Student systems through the implementation of Workday. Phase 1 of the project will formally begin in April of 2023 with the implementation of Workday’s Human Resources, Payroll and Finance solutions and is scheduled to conclude in the summer of 2024. The final phase of the effort is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2025 and will conclude in the fall of 2027 with Workday Student.

This is a full-time, term position that will conclude at the end of the project. This position is eligible to work remotely, but will be expected to perform duties during Hamilton’s scheduled business hours of Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 EST, and may require travel back to campus. The minimum starting salary is $65,000.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Project and Change Management, with a dotted line report to the Associate Director of LITS Finance and Resources, you will work closely with the project team and subject matter experts across the college to develop a comprehensive and sustainable Workday training strategy for all product solutions (HCM, Financials and Student). The training program will support the initial launch of Workday and then transition to an ongoing training program supporting new and existing users in their roles.
