Manage customer renewals and contracts: The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer renewals and contracts, including tracking expiration dates, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
Provide excellent customer service: As a customer-centric company, providing exceptional customer service is a top priority. The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with DocuSign.
Monitor and optimize renewal processes: The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the renewal process to identify areas for improvement. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and streamline processes to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams: This role will require close collaboration with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth and seamless renewal process for customers. The Renewal Specialist will work closely with these teams to identify any potential issues and find solutions to ensure customer retention.
Maintain accurate records: The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer renewals and contracts. This includes tracking customer information, renewal dates, contract terms, and any other relevant data.
Proactively identify and solve problems: The Renewal Specialist will be a proactive problem solver, able to identify potential issues before they arise and take necessary steps to resolve them. This may include communicating with customers, escalating issues to management, and finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on product updates and changes: As a tech company, DocuSign is constantly evolving and releasing new products and updates. The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for staying informed and knowledgeable about these changes to effectively communicate them to customers and address any questions or concerns.
