Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThe Security Project Manager will drive the timely delivery of trust and security projects to support key strategic initiatives, drive process enhancement for operational optimization, and support security operational efforts. This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering projects in fast-paced technical environments. The successful candidate will have demonstrable ability to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional partners while maintaining efficient plans, tracking issues, and proactively communicating project status.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Security Program Manager.Responsibility• Develop and maintain a project plan and schedule for all assigned projects• Track project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables as well as changes following PMO governance standards• Manage program status, schedule, scope, risks, and issues for executive awareness, escalation, and decision making• Manage a project portfolio of process improvement engagements that focus on functional and production areas• Develop project plans for each assigned project that will track all milestones, resources, costs and other defined attributes at project start• Practice agile methodologies and coach teams to improve in throughput, quality and Sprint goals and practice continuous improvement• Interact with collaborators at all levels of the organization to elicit and define business requirements related to process improvement, security projects and operational optimization initiatives and needs• Drive process operations and optimization needs for Security vendor onboarding, contract negotiations and purchase requests• Analyze data to make fact-based conclusions to create and deliver internal customer facing content that supports security needs• Prioritize, coordinate, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while working with tight schedules and shifting priorities• Work independently to provide structure and insights to the team• Manage vendor relationships and review scope of work in agreements• Assist With Technology Change Enablement and Adoption EffortsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic• 5+ years of experience in program and project management• Experience managing simultaneous and changing priorities• Experience in Security technologies, implementation, planning, execution, and delivery• Experience with risk assessment best practices, effective security metrics, and cybersecurity frameworks• Experience in different security domains such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, Client and Cloud Security• Experience with business applications and Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet and Google Workspace• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science or related fields, with relevant industry experience in SecurityPreferred• Independent, driven, eager to learn, has time management skills• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences, including internal, external, business and technical• Strong analytical thinking, investigative and problem-solving capabilities• Proactive self-starter, ability to take initiative, learn quickly and drive operational excellence• Confident in working with executive team members as well as working with security experts and product owners at all levels• One or more of the following certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, CSM, CSPO• Technical abilities in one or more Security areas• Solid understanding of security controls and how they should be implemented across applications, systems and internal/cloud platforms• Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment• Strong business sense and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences• Diligent individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologiesWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $128,400 - $200,200 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $123,800 - $170,225 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,800 - $176,625 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:• Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region• Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement• Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment• Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions• Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements• Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing eventsLife at DocuSignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
