As a member of this team, you will work across our eSignature platform building next generation software and services. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with their product and engineering partners. You will be responsible for solving difficult problems related to product features, performance, speed, scale, security and accessibility. You will help the team succeed by thinking outside the box, suggesting opportunities for improvement, and modeling engineering best practices.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.Responsibility• Write high quality code that is easy to maintain and test• Architect, implement and maintain services, define and ensure SLOs• Work with world class telemetry systems and make data informed decisions• Think through how systems will scale and fail as they grow, and ensure observability• Collaborate with fellow engineers on designs and code reviews• Take complicated problems and break them down in to bite sized pieces• Proactively identify and raise issues that may impact delivery commitments• Troubleshoot and fix production issues, and maintain the codebaseJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
