You have a proven track record of supporting business-critical data and reporting at large SaaS companies. You are comfortable presenting analytics-based insights to diverse audiences, and you tailor your message based on the technical capability of your end users. You will find opportunities to streamline data analysis, implement new technologies and improve the experience of our internal partners.You will directly support top-line business metrics driving growth and retention across Docusign. You’ll focus on improving quality, driving adoption with internal teams and delivering core analysis to influence business decisions specifically within Finance, collaborating with them to understand their data needs. You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate decisions. In this role, you will also lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in data analysis techniques, best practices, and tools.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Product Manager.Responsibility• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and influence product design• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and analyze key performance indicators for Finance• Provide data-driven support for end-user issues and enhancement requests• Apply data models, statistical methods and tools to analyze data and derive meaningful insights• Present data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating complex findings in a clear and concise manner• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysisJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
