Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThe Sr. Leadership Development Consultant will be responsible for designing, refining and sustaining a range of internal leadership development programs and initiatives to support our employees in doing the work of their lives and building manager capabilities. In the programs we drive, we seek to deliver a high-quality, distinctly Docusign experience for our managers and nurture a learning culture. The role will be responsible for, but is not limited to program design, vendor selection as applicable, content creation and facilitation, enrollment strategy, marketing and communications planning, logistics management (in partnership with our coordinators), program evaluation and analytics. As a key member of our highly collaborative team, the Sr. Leadership Development Specialist will drive and contribute to multiple, concurrently running high-profile programs.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Leadership Development.Responsibility• Drive the design process and define the leadership development program objectives and measurements, construct the content, create the stakeholder engagement plan and implement the pilot/program validation process• Facilitate multi-day leadership development program workshops• Create in-person and virtual experiences to enhance full programs post graduation of programs• Build, curate content, and manage manager resource toolkits supporting manager development• Lead and evolve our manager and leadership program resources and support the development of new inclusive culture programs• Curate online resources to support experiential learning programs with a focus on leadership development• Co-create and supervise detailed project plans employing a systems-thinking approach to develop multi-modal learning solutions for leaders and managers• Develop and implement consistent operational protocols for leadership programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and seamless execution across all cross-functional partners• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders or other key stakeholders to understand the organizational needs of managers and determine the best leadership programs, process or approach to meet those needs• Benchmark manager and leadership development best practices and relevant academic research to advise leadership program design• Partner with Learning team colleagues and other business partners to determine enrollment approach, logistics, use of learning management system(s), and communications organizationally• Drive marketing and communications strategy to engage employees, their managers and top leaders' support for the program and monitor registration progress• Evaluate the program success and return on investment measures in partnership with the People Analytics team and communicate the results to key partnersJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic• BA/BS degree• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with significant expertise in leadership development and enablement programs• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling large-scale leadership development initiatives globally• Experience leading and collaborating effectively with SMEs, senior leaders, partners, and vendors• 3+ years of experience as a people manager• 4+ years of Instructional Design experience for leadership development• Excellent business writing skills with experience writing white papers and executive summaries• Extensive experience with project management tools, especially Smartsheet, for complex planning and progress trackingPreferred• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment• Certified Insights Discovery Practitioner• Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design• Certified Leadership Development Coach• Experience with Workday LMS• Comfort with ambiguity• High quality communication skills, attention to detail and bias for top notch work product• Diplomatic with a customer service approach• Self-starter who aims for clarity and alignment among multiple partners• Learning agility• Research and analytical skills• Creative thinking• Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Workspace, with ability to develop presentations in Slides and analyze data in SheetsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Illinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:• Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region• Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement• Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment• Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions• Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements• Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing eventsLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
