As a Recruiting, Operation, Technology & Reporting Analyst, you will focus on partnering to identify process improvements and automate through current or new technology platforms. You will continuously evaluate our recruiting technology stack to minimize multi-system processes and build and enhance our reporting baselines to develop meaningful analytics to help drive recruiting business decisions.Responsibilities• Monitor internal HR systems and databases• Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress• Monitor key HR metricsQualifications• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities• Team management skills• Experience leading or supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility initiatives• Commitment to unbiased and equitable hiring, with a focus on outreach to historically marginalized communitiesJob Highlights• 100% Remote (US)• 6-month contract, with the potential to extend• 2-3 years of experience as a recruiting operations analyst or similar experience• Ability to evaluate and improve the technology stack to minimize the need for multi-system processes.
