Lead UX Designer

Skills

Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong UX and UI design skills
Experience using Figma, Figjam, Jira, and Confluence
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
Experience working in the public cloud would be a bonus

Responsibilities

Develop deep contextual understanding of the public cloud, business, users, and their needs
Own a broad set of features to improve customer adoption and product stickiness
Produce sketches, workflow diagrams, and hi-fidelity prototypes
Lead user research efforts and conduct usability studies and interviews
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
Contribute to the design team's activities and knowledge sharing

Education

BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience
