This role is focused on driving product marketing communications strategy and content for Dolby’s solutions across partners, creators, and consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom messaging and marketing content to support partner engagement and product adoption. This position involves collaborating with regional partnership teams and the product marketing team to adapt go-to-market strategies and communications for specific markets and partners.Responsibilities• Develop regionally relevant, high-quality sales and partner enablement materials based on existing go-to-market kits to support product launches, educational initiatives, and adoption of Dolby solutions.• Serve as a representative of Dolby solutions across various categories, aiding partner engagement and product adoption.• Create compelling and integrated marketing content (e.g., narratives, messaging, presentations, collateral, videos, pitch decks) that adapts global content to regional and partner-specific needs.• Collaborate directly with the Partnerships and Product Marketing teams to enhance product awareness, adoption, engagement, and partner satisfaction at a regional level.• Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to identify regional product opportunities and provide insights into product strategy as a regional expert.• This role will involve significant travel within the Americas.Qualifications• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or Product Marketing.• Experience creating marketing copy for partner marketing assets, websites, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing communications, including channel marketing campaigns.• Experience with B2B and B2C outbound marketing channels and tactics, including product go-to-market strategies, social media, and CRM.• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects, with experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams.• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across teams.The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000 - 157,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
