Donation Truck Driver (NON CDL) $16.50

Title: Non CDL Box Truck Driver (Donation Pickup Driver)

Summary: Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Center is seeking a Box Truck Driver in the Albuquerque area to safely pick up, transport, and deliver donated goods. The driver will provide excellent customer service and professionalism when interacting with donors, pickups, special events, and clothing drives.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Box Trucks for donation pickup, transportation, and delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism when interacting with donors and pickups
• Lift and carry objects of various sizes and shapes, lifting up to 1-50 pounds frequently and occasionally while climbing stairs
• Work four shifts per week, with an average of 9 to 11 hours per shift starting at 7am
• Have weekend availability
• Pass a criminal background check and DOT drug screen and physical

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid NM driver's license, clear MVD record, and proof of insurance
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Professional driving experience and experience in heavy labor jobs recommended
• CDL not required

Benefits:

• Full-time salary of $16.50/hour
• 12 vacation days in the first year, 20 vacation days a year starting in the second year, and 30 days starting in the sixth year for full-time staff
