Product UX Researcher & Analyst

Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure research findings inform and support design decisions and product strategies.
User Advocacy: Advocate for the user by presenting analytic and research findings and insights to the product team, ensuring the user perspective is considered in all stages of the design process.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine research methods and processes based on industry best practices.

Skills

Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes
Proficiency in using data from usability tests to guide design decisions
Experience with UX analytic and research tools such as Dovetail, Posthog, and Hotjar

Responsibilities

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
Conduct user research studies including usability testing, interviews, and A/B testing
