Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support HR functions, compliance, and employee relations.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support on HR matters
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Support hiring and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle HR and benefits administration
- Assist with performance management and career development planning
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Support new HR initiatives
Education
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
