Skills
Strong familiarity with Mac OS and Windows OS platforms
Experience supporting macOS and/or Windows platform issues
Proficiency in configuring end-user desktops/laptops and peripherals
Knowledge of cloud-based communication services like Slack, Gmail, and Zoom
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot end user technical issues via various mediums
Manage and maintain AV equipment in conference rooms
Configure, deploy, and support Zoom Room technologies
Collaborate on corporate-wide initiatives and projects
Research and resolve technical problems
Provide on-call support within the team's rotation
