DoorDash’s Trust and Safety team is seeking an experienced program manager to oversee our work in the identity and reputation space. Trust and Safety is focused on proactively mitigating safety risk on the DoorDash platform while also responding to safety incidents quickly, effectively and empathetically to ensure our consumers, dashers and merchants have a high quality and safe experience. Our work around identity and reputation are critical tools to ensure that every delivery on DoorDash is a safe one. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of performance to oversee our strategy in this critical area.
As the manager of DoorDash’s identity and reputation efforts, you will provide strategic oversight and program management skills to spearhead and drive the implementation of critical large scale initiatives in support of the Trust and Safety department's goals. You will partner closely with various internal cross functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, public policy and legal as well as identify, onboard and manage external vendors that will aid us in our identity and reputation efforts . You have demonstrated well-honed project management ability in previous work, and you have the ambition to push for large scope change. The role will require you to have the ability to concentrate on the nitty gritty details while also communicating a high level narrative to leadership and partners. We will need a self-starter with a can-do attitude who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up, can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
