DashMart, owned by DoorDash, is looking for a motivated Shift Lead to manage operations at a local-fulfillment center. This role involves guiding a team, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse operations and safety.
Guide Operations Associates and serve as a point of escalation.
Ensure customer orders are executed accurately.
Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
College diploma preferred but not required.
