DoorLoop is seeking a strategic Director of Customer Success to lead its customer success efforts and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers
Develop and execute customer success strategies
Monitor customer health metrics and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction
Oversee onboarding and post-onboarding processes
Implement scalable communication strategies with customers

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Master's degree is a plus
