You will play a key role in optimizing outbound lead generation processes and driving our company’s growth by generating new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for both selling the value of DoseSpot / pVerify as well as ensuring prospective clients are qualified before handing them off to our Client Executives.• : Research and identify potential clients through various channels including social media, online databases, and networking events• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media, presenting the value of our products/services• Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and interests, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects, providing relevant information and resources to move them through the sales funnel• : Work with the Sales Team to hand off qualified leads and provide insights that can help close deals• Work with the Marketing team to provide feedback on the quality of leads, define and refine ideal customer profiles, and provide input on campaigns• : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity• : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies• : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach activities, and qualified meetings set• *1-2 years of experience in a similar role, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development• BDR/SDR experience in healthcare technology is preferred, but not required• *Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics and quotas• Ability to engage with prospects and build long-standing relationships• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM)• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset• Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and tools• You find prospect objections as a challenge, rather than a motivation• You’re not excited and passionate about selling a healthcare tech product• You prefer conducting inbound sales only🌍Remote work environment with flexible scheduling to encourage work-life balance✈️Remote Team Offsite🌴A generous leave package including flexible time off policy that encourages team members to take time off to relax and recharge; plus 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave💙100% paid premiums for health insurance for you and your family, plus a company funded FSA & HRA💰401(k) company Match plus an annual discretionary contribution💸One-time Workspace Reimbursement to help you optimize your remote workspace🔗For more information on our benefits, please visit our benefits page.Compensation Range: $60K - $70K
