If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.As the Senior Strategic Planning Manager, you will apply in-depth knowledge of the finance discipline, broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to support any of the following activities:Annual and long-term financial planning.Value-based strategy development and corporate analysis.Economic evaluationOrganization's strategic plan, typically including analysis of business characterization / portfolio analysis.Leadership Meeting support deck ideation and preparation (Board, OT/LT, Strategy Week, Priorities Reviews, others).JV Governance.In addition to:Supporting the resolution of highly complex financial strategic planning related activities.Collaborate and influence the opinions of leaders and colleagues in order to provide support for internal strategic activities, analyses, or priorities reviews.Support teams that provide consultation on business strategy renewals as well as on large multi-business studies.Proactively analyze economic consequences of alternative courses of action and provide recommendations that maximize shareholder value.Your knowledge, skills, and abilities include:Strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing.Self-starter that can work independently and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.Ability to effectively work under pressure on critical deliverables and deliver on tight deadlines.Strong collaborator and ability to work effectively and efficiently across functions and businesses; demonstrated leadership and executive presence.Required Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degreeORrelevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.A minimum of 6 years of relevant finance and industry experience.A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
