THE ROLE We are looking for a branded direct user acquisition manager to join the Consumer Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for driving account creation, payments, and doxoPLUS subscription sign-ups through branded campaigns on paid advertising channels. This role will partner closely with product and consumer engagement teams to develop landing page content positioning, packaging, and call to actions that drive conversions through paid channels outside of the transactional payments flow. KEYResponsibilities:Execute a user acquisition strategy that optimizes cost per install against value per user over time, leveraging paid advertising channels Set up, optimize, and maximize ROI on paid advertising campaigns through Facebook, Google Advertising, and Microsoft Advertising Own testing for new sources of traffic, products, landing pages, creative concepts, and targeting ideas using a metric based evaluation framework. Iterate findings into best practices on future campaigns Perform detailed analysis evaluating campaign, audience and ad performance Partner with product and engagement teams to optimize paid channel specific landing pages and user sign-up flows. QUALIFICATIONS 3years experience managing direct to consumer paid user acquisition channels in the US market. KPI driven mindset that relentlessly tests and iterates to optimize return on ad spend and drive conversions Deep understanding of digital advertising and attribution Experience with ad buying platforms:Facebook, Google Advertising, Microsoft Advertising Strong exploratory data skills via Excel, Google Analytics or similar. SQL proficiency is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalentSalary Range:$80K -- $100KMinimum QualificationBrand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
