Brand & Product Strategy Sr. Associate
Dr. Squatch is looking for a passionate and talented Brand Product & Strategy Sr. Associate to strategically craft the Jukebox product portfolio, drive growth at retail through innovative merchandising, and be an integral part of the brand's expansion. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for product development, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to product briefs and new category/product concept proposals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify whitespace and product innovation opportunities
- Manage pricing, product margin, and revenue goals for new products
- Design and execute retail programs to support brand equity and growth
- Collaborate with various teams to make strategic product and retail decisions
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, quantitative, or technical field
