In this role develop advanced machine learning models, collaborate with marketing teams, and integrate scalable data science solutions into production systems. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence strategic decision-making and help shape our future.What you'll do as a Lead Data Science Engineer• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to achieve high-impact business goals.• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, with a strong focus on optimizing marketing strategies.• Collaborate with Marketing teams to design experiments, test hypotheses, and build predictive models to forecast consumer behavior.• Integrate data science solutions into production systems and develop robust and scalable models.• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.What you'll bring• Extensive experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the marketing domain.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present actionable marketing insights.• A Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is preferred.Join Our TeamWe're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,800.00 - $211,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
