We are looking for a self-driven, resourceful and proactive individual to support sales activity in the Americas Sales team. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and use your intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, and be able to complete multiple high-priority tasks efficiently.Supporting the Dubbers senior leadership and executive leadership team, you will be comfortable in communicating with people at all levels and have the ability and flexibility to adapt to different approaches and work styles.Reporting to the VP Sales, Americas, you have a range of responsibilities including;• Working with leadership to ensure that team KPIs are set and tracked throughout the quarter• Assist with revenue operating cadence by providing consistent scalable data and dashboarding• Assist with reporting, quarterly/annual revenue planning, and campaign and project forecasting• Coordinate and plan monthly team meetings, communicating agendas, creating presentations• Improve processes around leads and follow up, sales cycle, full-funnel nurture, etc.• Experience in a similar role, ideally with sale operations/revenue support experience• Experience or proven aptitude in managing multiple tasks and projects under timelines and shifting priorities• Strong detail-oriented organizational, project and time management skills• Excellent computer skills, including with Google Products, and aptitude to learn new software and systems• Strong experience with Microsoft suite; excel and powerpoint particularly• Experience with Salesforce.com and Highspot• An understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success platforms, systems, and processes• You’re organized, you can work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you actively use your initiative rather than waiting around for things to happen• You’re a people person, you have excellent communication skills and build instant rapport• Curious, rapid learner with the ability to consume & contextualize large amounts of new information• You are professional, you pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service internally and externally• You are enthusiastic in your approach to work with a positive work ethic• Excellent communication skills across a broad array of personality types• Analyst by nature with a solid understanding of business• Persistent, resilient, high energy & can-do approach• Competitive salary, bonus and share options on offer!• 20 days paid vacation leave annually, with an extra 5 days after 1 year!• Generous Paid Parental Leave options!• Growing SaaS company where no two days will be the same with limitless opportunities!• Global locations with flexible working options!• Collaborative and supportive teammates!We will be reviewing applications as they come in so don't wait, apply today or reach out for a confidential chat recruit@dubber.netWe are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant
