We are seeking a commercial lawyer whose primary responsibility will be negotiating customer and vendor agreements. You will work closely with D&B’s sales, data, and product organizations, and collaborate with D&B experts in privacy, security, finance, and operations with respect to licensing D&B products, and services across multiple lines of business and the purchase of software, services, and data to support D&B’s products and services. You will have responsibility for reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, large and small.

Essential Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including master service agreements and product order forms, data licensing agreements, Software and SaaS agreements.
Understand D&B’s products across multiple lines of business, including the various flows of data associated with those products.
Engage business colleagues and leaders, and work with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to close deals and improve processes.

Education/Experience and Competencies

JD with 2-4 years relevant law firm or in-house work experience.
Thorough knowledge of contracts, contract law, and contract negotiation, preferably in SaaS and Data licensing.
Working knowledge of US and global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Digital marketing or ad tech experience is a plus
Clear and concise drafting skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to thrive and deliver in a highly demanding, innovative and constantly changing corporate and regulatory environment.
JD from an ABA law school and admittance to practice in Florida or eligibility for limited license for in-house counsel under RULE 1:27-2 is required.
