The Principal Product Manager will drive product development and strategic vision while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of our products.


The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for several strategic, performance-focused product development initiatives that span across building data products and make it available within AdTech and MarTech platforms including DSP, SSP, Analytics, CDP and data collaboration / Clean Rooms for Identity Resolution, Data Enrichment, Audience Targeting, Measurement and Analytics use cases.


The Principal Product Manager will be tasked with architecting data solutions within partner platforms, communicating your objectives and priorities to internal and external parties.



Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate product vision aligned with company strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Conduct extensive market research to understand customer needs, trends, and what other products are available in the market.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Data Operations and Product Marketing to encourage a collaborative environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enrich our products to differentiate our offerings from our competitors.
  • Lead product discovery and project qualification by gathering customer and partner feedback to make data-driven decisions to ensure our products solve their challenges.
  • Ensure internal and external-facing technical documentation is well maintained.
  • Resolve product issues by troubleshooting and investigating alongside internal teams, clearly communicating progress and outcome to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and messaging for data products.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing product training, collateral, and competitive analysis.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelors - Required
  • Masters - Preferred


Additional Skills and/or Certifications
  • 12+ years of AdTech and MarTech industry experience with 7+ years in a technical product management role working with digital audience datasets and identity solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Cleanrooms and data collaboration platform is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing data products and/or SaaS platforms to market, from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Motivated self-starter that requires little direction and thrives working in a lean, fast paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation, with a curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches in the data space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client facing presentations and written deliverables.
  • Healthy cross functional relationship building skills across business, engineering, customers, commercial teams, etc.
  • Expert problem-solving abilities – both systems and people related to drive business outcomes and success.
  • Proficient at technical diagnostic troubleshooting & quarterbacking incident management motions.
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships and business relationships with industry partners.
  • Mastery of teaching, educating, and developing talk tracks for internal teams to sell products in GTM.
