This role will report to the VP of Integrated Operations, W&P and be based in Wilmington Delaware (Experimental Station).This is a full-time, hybrid role. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to this Wilmington site and are expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.In Water & Protection, our purpose is clear, we create water, shelter and safety solutions for a more sustainable world. We develop solutions that protect, shelter and enhance lives. Our expertise spans high-performance fibers and foams, aramid papers, non-woven structures, water purification technologies, and protective garments, and includes well-known brands like Kevlar®, Nomex®, Tyvek®, Styrofoam™, Corian®, Great Stuff™, FilmTec™, and TapTec™.In the Senior Administrative Assistant role, the successful candidate must be an efficient time manager, capable of working with minimal supervision, who possesses strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. In this role, the incumbent will utilize critical thinking, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or direct problems to the appropriate individual. You will deliver high quality work products while simultaneously balancing multiple projects. The incumbent will be a key support member to the global W&P Integrated Operations leadership team.Administrative Accountabilities• Performs administrative duties for the VP of W&P Integrated Operations and other members of the W&P IO leadership team including but not limited to creating and maintaining calendars/schedules, arranging/organizing travel (both domestic and foreign) logistics, event/meeting coordination and organization• Maintain records in manual or electronic systems linked to evolving technologies.• Use spreadsheet or database software to organize data and produce reports, graphs, and presentations• Gather and compile information as needed and requested related to IO needs• Manage expense reimbursements and payments using corporate systems and in compliance with corporate policies• Take minutes of meetings; organize, summarize and issue reports in professional form• Assists with the planning, coordination, and implementation of special projects and initiatives as requested• Manages IO email distribution lists and supports IO level communications through email distributionsMinimum Requirements• Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred - Business, Finance, HR, Communications, or a related field• 10+ years of Administrative and/or Project Management experience in a dynamic environment• Demonstrated advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office 365, HR systems, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Excel etc.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with virtual global teams• Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor• Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management• Good problem-solving/analytical skills and planning/organizing skills required• Familiarity with expense management systems (i.e., Concur, S2P system)• Confidentiality a must• Experience in organizing intranet sites and supporting content development a plusJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
