The candidate selected for this position would perform the following:
• Assist with and perform quality review of the financial reporting department monthly and quarterly deliverables, including:
A) Quarterly accruals
B) Monthly assumed reinsurance accounting entries
C) Monthly cash settlements
• Assist in the development of a quality program for Wilton financial reporting
• Perform continuous process improvement analysis on existing process to prioritize and implement improvements to current process
• Perform as team lead for the Wilton financial reporting team
• Manage day-to-day business process transactions and teams, ensuring efficient and compliant operations
• Implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality enhancements
• Provide guidance and support to a team of senior analysts and analysts
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute process-related strategies
• Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to make data-driven decisions
• Contribute to the development of budgets and resource allocation
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Ensure that the team meets quality and compliance standards
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 + years of relevant work experience in the Life Insurance industry is a must
• Proven experience in financial reconciliation and analysis
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• Advanced MS Excel is a must
• Detail Oriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team building and leadership skills
Other Qualifications:
• MS Excel experience in financial reconciliation is preferred
• Insurance accounting experience is preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred
Work Environment:
• Office Environment
• Remote only within United States
• This position may require minimum traveling, however openness to visit client´s sites is required

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $58,500 - $108,600.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
