Associates may typically have a minimum of 2 years paid professional work experience. They are early in their management consulting career and will grow their consulting skills through firsthand project experience. They will be hands-on in client-facing work and project deliver. They are expected to develop firsthand knowledge of clients and their business problems and contribute to team discussions, analysis, and solutions that help deliver impact for the client. Associates are also encouraged to play an active role in internal Eagle Hill initiatives and business development.We want our people to grow their careers at Eagle Hill. As such, you are hired and considered for all projects across Eagle Hill. Upon joining the firm, an Associate will be selected to a client engagement that could fall within any of our client industries and service lines. Over time, Eagle Hill’s consultants are able to transition across clients and service lines to develop a breadth of experience and expertise. Specific responsibilities may vary and will be dependent on an employee’s current project role, but the role of an Associate may include:• Supporting the development of client solutions and the creation of strategies, approaches, implementation plans, etc.• Developing and conducting stakeholder interviews• Developing communications, such as presentations, newsletters, memos, etc.• Drafting documentation for client and internal work products• Supporting the data gathering and analysis of data to identify gaps and recommendationsWhat are the Required Qualifications?• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of 2 years paid external and/or internal professional client-facing work experience, within a professional services organization• Experience with solution-focused problem solving• Strong attention to detail• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint• Technical aptitude; able to quickly learn new technology platforms• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in times of ambiguity• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future• Ability to successfully complete and retain any company, federal, or other background investigations required to perform client work• Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple priorities• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a team• Proven ability to take initiative on projectsWhat are the Desired Qualifications?• Experience in Eagle Hill’s service lines a plus (strategy and performance, talent, and change management)• Experience assisting change management initiatives, to include change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, strategic communications, training design and delivery, and data analytics/metrics monitoring is highly desired• Familiarity with, and ability to apply, industry standard methodologies for organizational change management, human capital management, strategic communications, and/or organizational development is preferred• Experience contributing to change management efforts on large-scale technology implementations is highly desired; academic coursework and/or independent study on large-scale technology implementations will be considered in lieu of experienceCompensation: A reasonable starting salary range for this role is $61 - 72K base plus bonus.What are our Benefits?Eagle Hill Consulting provides a robust benefits package that includes:100% Employer paid Health, Dental, and Vision, Life and AD&D Insurance, and Short & Long Term DisabilityFurther, Eagle Hill Consulting offers Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K with Employer Match, Employee Assistance Program, Health and Wellness, Commuter Benefits, an Annual Discretionary Bonus, and generous time off for eligible employees that includes a minimum of 20 days Paid Time Off, 10 Paid Holidays, and 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave.What is the Application Process?Applicants should note that we follow a competency-based interview approach to hiring.
