EarnIn is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help drive growth through analytics and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficient in SQL, Python or R
Experience with A/B testing methodologies
Familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau and Databricks

Responsibilities

Define key metrics and answer critical business questions
Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing for product improvements
Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics
Communicate results and influence stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
