This role will be responsible for helping create and organize projects that impact the customer experience for Payments in GCX. This role will work closely with the Portfolio Management Global Customer Experience (GCX) team and have a strong planning, program, and operational background who can provide support for planning and execution of projects that impact the Payments line of business. You... will be responsible to work cross functionally with product and business teams to ensure a world class service is delivered. This includes sharing customer insights, annual planning, rolling planning, resource management, project risk assessment, and partnership with regions and initiatives to build great customer experiences. You will be an experienced and passionate customer advocate who is able to drive customer experience improvements by working with all of the internal stakeholders. You understand the implications across the user's service experience and how to drive to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers. Responsibilities :
You will help create GCX operational readiness for payments. This includes organizational design, communications, training, content creation, self-service, workforce planning, working with key stakeholders within the project. You will utilize your broad and deep understanding of concepts to support in the development of solutions to problems and critical issues within the Payments program. You will contribute and generate new ideas to support overall business objectives. You will continually evaluate and improve on the methods and processes to ensure GCX always offers the best solution for our customers. You will establish relationships with other internal stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on impacts of process, policy and product changes. You will demonstrate the ability to reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships. You will develop project management capabilities and actively lead a pipeline management process to facilitate the effective flow of new requests to the business. You will engage with cross-functional leaders to objectively assess the organization's ability to absorb and/or deliver on change. You will align resources with portfolio and business priorities, effectively solution, and facilitate trade-offs when constraints arise. You will proactively manage partner expectations and communicate progress, effective decision-making, leadership and oversight for issue resolution in a matrix management organization. You will synthesize information from multiple sources and use it for effective decision-making, accountability management, and portfolio insights. You will continuously improve service and results for our people and the business, operating with a cross functional and global lens. You will develop effective plans to meet both short and longer term goals. Requirements :
You have 5
years in a customer experience or customer service environment. Alternatively, you have 3
years within a project or program management field. You have previous management experience, which is an advantage for this role. You have excellent organizational change management skills with a strong attention to detail. You have experience in delivering strategic solutions, organizational development, and process reengineering. You have a local and global business perspective. You have a successful track record in leading projects in a matrix environment and through influence rather than hard line reporting. You are a true, passionate team player. You are willing to support team members outside of initial scope. You are flexible in balancing constant change with projects with the maintenance and accountability of the overall program. You have experience with senior leadership and ability to deliver executive level summary updates, reports and presentations. You have excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You are able to effectively balance strategic vision and tactical execution. You have a PMP, PRINCE2, or other certifications which is a plus but not crucial for applicants of this role. You have the ability to develop strong professional relationships and to influence peers, managers, senior executives and other teams. You have excellent Problem Solving, analytical and decision making skills. Location & Travel:
