Role Overview.
As an IT Consultant at EBMS Business Services, you will focus on lead generation and client acquisition for our suite of digital solutions, including custom websites, web applications, mobile applications, and UI/UX design services. You will leverage your expertise in technology and business to identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients, ensuring they understand the value of our services in transforming their digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to businesses needing website, web application, mobile app, or UI/UX design services. Utilize networking, cold calls, emails, and online platforms to generate quality leads.
- Consultative Sales: Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose customized technology solutions that align with their needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning EBMS as their trusted technology partner.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding industry trends and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights to prospects.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, development, and design teams to ensure successful onboarding of leads and smooth transition into project execution.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and project scopes tailored to each prospect's unique needs.
What we are looking for:
- Proven Experience in IT consulting, sales, or lead generation, preferably within web development, mobile applications, or UI/UX design.
- Strong Technical Knowledge of web technologies, mobile app development, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage client communications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
