Senior Director, Enterprise Risk Management (Remote)
PosiGen is committed to delivering the promise of Solar for All. They are looking for a Senior Director to manage risk associated with their strategies for expanding rooftop solar and energy solutions.
Skills
- Experience with ERM systems
- Analytical and qualitative/quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage risks to support strategic goals
- Develop an enterprise risk management system
- Identify and assess various risk perspectives
- Work across business units to align on risk appetite
- Create regular reports on ERM system operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years in residential solar
- At least 4 years in ERM systems
