ECommerce Coordinator, Maje

LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY

PAY RANGE: $25-$27/hour

SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) is seeking an ECommerce Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team. This position will assist in the maintenance of the Maje USA and Canada websites, as well as circular economy within North America. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector.

What you'll do:

• ECOMMERCE PLATFORM:

  • Manage product catalog
    • Activation and categorization
    • Copy update (name, description)
    • Filtering attributes set up
  • Overlook catalog set up
    • Perform regular check to identify any product, inventory or functionality issue
    • Maintain accurate product display
    • Work closely with CRM team to create product selections
    • Update SEO data
  • Support in content management
    • Assets development
    • Contents scheduling
  • Promotions set up (sale, discounts, etc.)
  • Optimization on the process and website improvement suggestion
  • Assist with oversight to one intern on daily supporting tasks

  BUSINESS ANALYSIS:

  • Deliver regular business reporting on
    • Return reasons data
    • Products performances

Who you are:

• • 1-2 years' experience in related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative nature with a willingness to take initiative
  • Fast learner with a desire to work within E-Commerce in the retail/fashion industry
  • Team player
