eCommerce Sales Coordinator

The eCommerce Sales Coordinator is an integral part of our customer experience and works cross-functionally with sales and other operating departments to support customer requests. This position provides efficient and effective support to the sales team and customers to achieve total customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • “The Keeper of the Data” is responsible for updating and formatting data sheets for our small fan business; this is the most important aspect of the eCommerce business as it entails information for our partners to implement our products online.
  • Take ownership of Amazon Seller Central building pages, responding to customer requests, and ensuring orders ship on time.
  • Liaison with marketing to gather assets and identify gaps in our offering to ensure the customer is receiving all necessary information to make the best online purchasing decisions.
  • Manage MAP crawling software, and report any violations to the Sales Manager, and communicate with violators accordingly.
  • Spearhead SKU creation in the Salesforce Price Book to ensure orders process seamlessly.
  • Monitor retail orders and input orders manually as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls made to the Retail team to assist with customer questions and needs.
  • Support the overall initiatives of 3rd Party eCommerce.
  • Work with several partner portals to support sales initiatives.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year prior experience in data entry
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual with great communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow processes and understand the urgency and focus needed to manage responsibilities
  • Must be able to process large volumes of information within short time constraints
  • Ability to work effectively with management and multitask in a team environment
