The eCRM Manager is responsible to ensure the implementation of the best-in-class CRM strategies across all channels and for Product Categories across the U.S. market. The role is the guardian of building long lasting relationship with our customers through ensuring meaningful communication for our customers and assuring value for the company in return.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Define and execute a Yearly Activation Plan, to drive quality customer acquisition (number of new users), conversion (conversion rate), equity (revenue and MC increase) and cost optimization.
- Drive a continuous market activation pipeline for the best-in-class CRM strategies and solutions, in partnership with the Regional CX, Marketing and Commercial Directors, to ensure good market adoption and clear business impact market level.
- Ensure U.S. CRM Activation Performance, looking after the timely and qualitative delivery of our campaigns and initiatives, assessing their performance and coming up with strategies to increase reach, impact and revenue.
- Create and maintain a CRM Activation community, to act as an agile feedback loop between Global Development Teams (MCCX Design, CX Product Category Teams) for sharing successes and failures and raising needs and opportunities.
- Provide upstream feedback to facilitate the implementation of data-drive consumer experiences across checkpoints, through state of the art solutions in CRM. The role will also play a big role in socializing the importance of technology and great UX in making every interaction with our brand quick, effortless, and meaningful.
- On project and need basis, contribute to the creation of new programs, services, SOPs or different solutions and strategies where the CRM expertise is needed.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required; Masters a plus
- Experience in rapid scale-up by setting and maintaining Global (HQ)-Local (Market) deployment Pipelines
- Demonstrated experience building and activating strategies to personalize CRM at scale
- Omnichannel marketing experience in developing and/or managing multitouch / omnichannel / online-to-offline campaigns
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, specifically in email, digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of MarTech capabilities in CRM solutions (like Salesforce, Adobe)
- Work experience in a consumer-facing organization, preferably FMCG or other global brand
- Good understanding of Commercial Route-to-Market and Channel Roles in CX
- Professional experience in multinational, complex organizations
- Experience marketing restricted products a definite plus
- Credible and confident leader that provides clear direction and builds trust across the organization
- Strong critical thinking, able to recognize business opportunities and turn these into growth
- Great collaborator with ability to bring the objectives of multiple groups (global, regional, local) together
- Ability to manage stakeholders across different functions
- Passion for using data to develop CX and UX strategies, to create meaningful and valuable interactions for our customers
- Strong understanding of campaign management, marketing automation, e-commerce, business intelligence, and management of data partnerships
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Annual Base Salary Range: $144,000 - $198,000
