Job DescriptionECS is seeking an Incident Management Team Analyst (Mid) to work in our Windsor Mill, MD office.Iron Vine Security, an ECS Federal company, is a rapidly growing information security and information technology company in Fairfax, VA. We are looking to hire a Mid-Level Incident Management Coordinator to provide a full range of cyber security services on a long-term contract in Baltimore, MD. The position is full time/permanent and will support a US Government civilian agency. The position is available immediately upon finding a qualified candidate with the appropriate background clearance.Position Responsibilities• Represent the Incident Management Team on-site to address customer concerns and escalations.• Serve as part of the central coordination and communications component for cybersecurity and privacy incidents involving multiple teams or external stakeholders.• Manage incident response participants and stakeholders to ensure necessary actions are taken and relevant information is provided in a timely manner.• Coordinate, lead, and maintain general situational awareness of communications and activities involving multiple teams or external stakeholders, such as vulnerability status and data call responses.• Independently complete technical and administrative projects.Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000Required SkillsGeneral Description of Benefits• 2-4+ years of experience in distributed security or operations environment.• Working knowledge of the Cyber Security Incident Response Lifecycle.• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.• Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and drive decision-making.• Familiarity with NIST documents and controls.• Applied understanding of information security and privacy concepts.• Perform independently as well as part of large and small teams.• Adaptable critical thinking and organizations skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and platforms.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Desired SkillsAdditional Experience Preferred:• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.• Basic experience managing tasks assigned to other team members.• IT Customer service or support background.Certifications/Licenses• Security+, CEH, GCIH, CISSP certifications preferredECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
