Responsibilities:

Work with partners to obtain and analyze key data sets which help define a problem statement.
Co-facilitate formal and informal cross functional problem-solving sessions between stakeholders and decision makers.
Clearly identify and calculate the cost of waste.
Draft solutions and potential testing scenarios
Present the end-to-end problem-solving output to business leaders.

Requirements:

Must be a Rising Sophomore or Junior
Proficient in Excel
Facilitation Experience
Process Mapping Experience
Problem Solving Mindset
