SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $152,000

SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Engineer to join our team, with a focus on wire harness design and schematic creation. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical system design, creating technical drawings, and producing high-quality documentation for manufacturing. This mid-level role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to ensure harness designs meet project requirements. Experience with uncrewed systems (UAS) is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.
The following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:
· B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar UAS related field
· Proficiency with CAD software for electrical design, such as AutoCAD, Zuken E3, or SolidWorks Electrical.
· Strong understanding of wire harness design principles, including schematic creation, routing, and connector selection.
· Familiarity with electrical standards and regulatory requirements for harness manufacturing.
· Experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and maintaining part documentation.
· 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on wire harness design, development, or related work in complex systems.
· Proven track record of creating and managing technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
